Entries with unconfirmed spa fees or booking conditions remain provisional leads; their complete spa-inclusive total may exceed GBP 1,000.

The Continental's free leisure access is conditional on a direct booking, while its GBP 207 room quote is from Expedia. Its matching direct room rate or third-party access fee remains unconfirmed. Chelsea Harbour and Hotel Indigo K West also remain provisional: their recorded room prices are below the cap, but resident thermal-access charges are unconfirmed.

Hotel Indigo rebranded from K West; its recorded Google score has only 79 reviews and Booking.com has 224. Treat these as a relatively new, limited review history. Ratings with fewer than 20 reviews have very small samples. Google and Booking.com cover different reviewer populations and their averages are not comparable. The Continental's guest score of 6.5 is the weakest here; read recent reviews before choosing it on price alone.

- **Hilton London Syon Park:** [spa terms](https://www.londonsyonpark.com/spa-terms-and-conditions) state "Hotel residential guests may use the spa facilities for a £25 charge for 90 minutes of access per visit", and that gym access is complimentary. The [Hilton spa page](https://www.hilton.com/en/hotels/lhrsphi-hilton-london-syon-park/spa/) advertises the Stay and Spa package with "90 minutes of complimentary spa facility access per person" and treatment packages with "2 hours of complimentary spa facility access". Access is included in packages and charged on plain room rates. Both statements are on the hotel's own pages.
- **The Lensbury:** the [Clubhouse Double page](https://www.lensbury.com/accommodation/clubhouse-double/) says "Your stay also includes complimentary parking and full access to The Lensbury's leisure facilities."
- **InterContinental The O2:** the [spa booking page](https://iclondon-theo2.com/makeaspabooking) says "For Hotel Guests: Complimentary with their room reservation" and lists non-resident pool day passes at GBP 75.
- **Harbour Richmond:** the dated Booking.com room table states "Includes unlimited spa access + high-speed internet" for both the GBP 690 and GBP 730 Double Room rates.
- **Crowne Plaza Docklands:** Quad Club & Spa access is described as free for registered hotel guests, with treatments charged separately. This comes from the hotel and Tripadvisor reporting rather than a single published tariff, so keep the confirmation email.
- **The Continental:** leisure access is complimentary for direct bookings and can be charged for third-party bookings. Book on the hotel's own site to hold the price and the access.

## Transport notes

- Direct trains from Waterloo serve Richmond, Teddington and Syon Lane. Richmond needs a short bus or taxi up the hill.
- North Greenwich and Canning Town are direct Jubilee line stops from Waterloo.
- Hounslow West is on the Piccadilly line, one change from Waterloo.
